The Canada Region X’mas Carol Service will take place this coming Sunday, December 27th, 7pm EST (5pm in Edmonton & Calgary, and 4pm in Vancouver).It will be livestreamed on the official media channel of the Diocese of North America and Europe, “Mar Thoma Media.”

Please also note that as per our prior discussion and decision, we will be donating $1000.00 to Toronto Refugee Non-profit homes & services (also known as Romero House), a registered charitable organization with the Canada Revenue Agency. They are a transitional housing service agency based in Toronto that welcomes and houses refugee applicants to Canada. Started by a Catholic nun, and inspired by the Biblical message of being good neighbours to strangers, Romero House is named after Saint Oscar Romero, former archbishop of El Salvador. The story of Romero House can be read from the widely acclaimed book: “At the Border Called Hope: Where Refugees Are Neighbours” published by HarperCollins Canada.
